Daniela Ratner is a seasoned travel manager with extensive experience in the travel industry, currently serving at SmartFlyer since February 2017. Daniela has consistently achieved outstanding results, exceeding multi-million dollar sales goals and developing a robust repeat business, with 80% of clientele returning due to strong relationship-building skills. Recognized by Travel Central Magazine as one of the “30 Under 30” in 2019, Daniela has actively participated in prestigious trade shows and effectively created detailed travel proposals using advanced technology. Previous roles include travel management positions at Insignia Group of Companies and ALTOUR, along with internships and early career experience in reservations and itinerary creation. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University.
