Mark de Winter

Mark de Winter is a seasoned project leader and manager with extensive experience in the information technology and digital innovation sectors. Currently serving as Projectleider at SSC-ICT, Mark is focused on developing a Cloud Datalab. In addition, Mark holds a Projectmanager position at Smart-ICT and serves as Projectleider for the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, where responsibilities include enhancing information systems for both citizens and staff. Mark's prior experience includes project management roles at FreshConnections, T-Mobile Nederland, and the NATO Communications and Information Agency, demonstrating proficiency in project planning, SCRUM methodology, and client transitions. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Safety and Security Management Studies from De Haagse Hogeschool.
