We are a strategic long-term partner enhancing productivity, employee well-being, talent attraction and retention, reducing recruitment and sick-leave costs while building long-term competitiveness. The initiatives connect to several UN sustainability goals/Agenda 2030 and the new CSRD reporting requirements for social sustainability. 

The solution is based on proven expertise with global reach from Tiina Bruno’s 15+ years as an internationally recognized thought leader/pioneer in the areas of inclusive leadership, transferable skills, sustainable work life, gender equality, Familysmart workplaces, and Employer Branding – always linked to ROI.  
The core idea has been co-created further with Karin Hasselström, senior leader with 20+ years of experience of business development, product development and launch, as well as international commercial leadership from her roles in complex, global companies within the telecom and medtech industries. 
 
Smart Inclusion AB was founded in 2024 by Tiina and Karin, with Henrik Sidebäck as senior technical advisor and investor, and a strong team with senior experts in Sweden and a growing international network of licensed partners.
