Selva Kumar

Selva Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of automation design and commissioning. Selva currently serves as the Head of Automation Design & Commissioning at Smart Joules, where they oversee the deliverables and project closure for all green field and brown field projects. Prior to this, they worked at Infosys as a Senior Manager - Green Initiatives, leading projects in BMS, security, access, and other smart initiatives in the infrastructure division. At Infosys, they handled the complete project cycle from budget allocation to project closure for both new and retrofit jobs. Before joining Infosys, Selva Kumar was a Commissioning Manager at Carrier Race Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they led regional commissioning and service operations for a considerable period. Selva is skilled in managing teams, working with various BMS systems, and protocols.

Selva Kumar attended Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Research Academy (SASTRA) in Thanjavur from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician.
