Athanasios Angelidis

Athanasios Angelidis is a Vertical Integration Engineer at SMART Photonics since March 2022, bringing experience from NXP Semiconductors where Athanasios worked as a Process Integration Engineer from February 2020 to March 2022. Prior to this, Athanasios completed a graduation project and an internship at Eindhoven University of Technology focused on area-selective atomic layer deposition and atomic/molecular layer deposition for charge transport layers on perovskite solar cells. Additionally, a tenure as a Student Researcher at TNO involved similar work in area-selective atomic layer deposition. Athanasios holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
