Guy Backner

Guy Backner is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Chief of Operations at SMART Photonics. With a background in engineering and management, Guy has held various leadership roles at companies such as Philips, ColorChip, and Tower Semiconductor LTD. Their expertise includes equipment maintenance, process improvement, quality control, and implementation of new technologies. Guy holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Haifa and a B.Sc in Materials Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
