Our partnership with the Coach Master Academy Singapore, which is an affiliated coaching institute of the International Coach Federation (ICF),brings with it the global exposure, knowledge and alliances with international coaches.

We are constantly working towards maintaining and raising the professional standards of coaching in Sri Lanka and the region. The continuous efforts are channeled through professional seminars, examinations, workshops, conferences and conducting research studies. Smart Quest Coaching (Pvt) Ltd conducts a practitioner program in coaching and mentoring and this program will be pivotal in developing the coaching practice in Sri Lanka.
