Angela S.

Angela S. started their work experience in 2012 as a Dental Hygiene Instructor at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes. Angela worked in this role until 2016. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an ESL Teacher at EnglishFirst, focusing on CELTA. In 2018, Angela became a Lead Dental Hygienist in Germany, and they held this position until 2022. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a User Experience Designer at DemocracyLab. Currently, Angela is employed as a Product Designer at Smart Reporting GmbH starting in 2022.

Angela S. has a diverse education history that spans across multiple fields. Angela started their educational journey in 1997 at Tallahassee Community College, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist. Angela completed their studies in 1999. Angela then furthered their education by attending St. Petersburg College from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist.

In more recent years, Angela has shifted their focus and pursued a career in User Experience (UX) Design. In 2020, they enrolled in the UX Design Institute and completed a Certificate in UX Design, specializing in User Experience Design. As part of their ongoing professional development, Angela has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Fundamentals of Graphic Design" certification through Coursera. In 2021, they acquired the "Professional Diploma in UX Design" from the UX Design Institute and became certified as an Agile Scrum Master through Simplilearn. Additionally, Angela enhanced their skills by obtaining the "Designing for Accessibility WCAG 2.2" certification from Udemy in December 2021.

Continuing their commitment to professional growth, Angela pursued the "Human-computer interaction - HCI" certification from the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF), which they successfully obtained in November 2022. Most recently, in January 2022, Angela obtained the "Inbound Marketing" certification from HubSpot Academy.
