Kyle Baggaley

Kyle Baggaley, MBA, SPHR is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smart Resources where Kyle directs strategic planning and oversees all company operations nationwide. Kyle has also served as the COO/ HR Director at the same company. Previously, Kyle worked as a Payroll Manager at Swire Coca-Cola, USA, processed payroll for 4000 plus employees. Their experience also includes interpreting English/Spanish in medical settings as an Interpreter at Linguistica International and handling HR/payroll/benefits at Sportsman's Warehouse. Educationally, Kyle holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Diploma in Spanish Language from the University of Seville- Giralda Language Center.
