Pål Vindegg

Pål Vindegg is an experienced industrial advisor with a background spanning several decades across various leadership roles. They served as a member of the board at multiple organizations, including Norlux AS and SmartRetur, while also holding positions such as COO at Komplett Group. Pål held past roles as Production Manager at Norsk Transduktor AS and Logistics Director at KappAhl AB, among others. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Gjøvik University College and continue to contribute to the industry through ongoing advisory roles.
