Steven Eisinger started their work experience in 2015 as an intern at InYourClass Corp. In 2016, they had an internship at Shade before joining the company as a Manufacturing Test Engineer in 2017. In this role, they were responsible for firmware updates and developing and automating manufacturing test systems. Steven then became the Lead Electrical Engineer (R&D) at Shade in 2018, where they designed circuits, boards, and firmware for a prototype ultraviolet index sensing device. Steven also designed a robotic arm and control script for automating ultraviolet index sensing. Steven joined Smart Robotics in 2022 as a Developer.
Steven Eisinger completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from The City College of New York, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In 2017 and 2018, they pursued a Nanodegree in Self-Driving Car Engineering from Udacity. Currently, Steven is enrolled in the Eindhoven University of Technology, where they are working towards a Master's degree in Systems & Control, starting from 2019 and expected to graduate in 2022.

Smart Robotics, the agency for robots, delivers flexible robotic solutions. Their customers are primarily found in the manufacturing industry and in intralogistics processes. They do this both in the national and international market. With their intelligent robotic solutions they make it easier to automate and enable entrepreneurs they are able tokeep production local. They strive to maintain employment in the chain. Their strength lies in new technologies, cooperation and flexibility. They offer an innovative business model, which they are the agency for robots. The intelligence of their product is in the software, and is independent robot. They make use of existing industrial hardware, such as robot arms, cameras and sensors. The High Tech Campus Eindhoven is their ideal starting point, here they are therefore established. Within Eindhoven have close ties with Eindhoven University of Technology and nationally with a number of partners in the field of hardware and service.
