Smart Sitting partners with businesses to provide the childcare support and opportunities your employees, clients, and community need to thrive. From corporate benefits that span full-time nanny placements, back-up care, as-needed babysitting, and on-site childcare, we find the best solutions for innovative companies seeking to attract and retain parent-employees, and in particularly, women in the workforce.

As your dedicated childcare partner, Smart Sitting helps you create a future with your team that works for them — and their families. We provide you with all the resources you’ll need to find ideal caregivers for regular care arrangements, professional fill-in caregivers for gaps in regular childcare coverage, and more.
By joining Smart Sitting’s network, you will work with a dedicated Specialist who will be available to provide high-level consulting in addition to handling scheduling and staffing.
