SMART STRAINS was created to bring clarity, and real results, to a category crowded with noise. Founded by Dr Megan Rossi, PhD RD (Founder of The Gut Health Doctor), our mission is simple: to take the guesswork out of live bacteria supplements.

We’re revolutionising the way people use live bacteria - supporting you and your family, one targeted formula at a time. We isolate only the combination of strains scientifically proven to support a specific outcome, and we deliver the right dose, in the right format, at the moment they’re actually needed. No confusion. No generic blends. Just evidence-based support you can trust.
