Sastry Putcha

Dr. Sastry Putcha is a Chief Geotechnical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil, geotechnical, and construction engineering across both public and private sectors. They have managed more than 25 research projects and currently work at RADISE International and Smart Structures, focusing on geotechnical engineering and the integration of electronic gauges in concrete foundations. Previously, Dr. Putcha served as a consulting engineer at BEC Construction and held academic positions as a visiting professor and advisory committee member at various Florida universities. They also worked as a District/State Construction Geotechnical Engineer for the Florida Department of Transportation, overseeing significant bridge projects statewide.
