Martin Litwak

Martin Litwak is the current CEO of Smart Structuring and was previously the Co-Head of the Latin American Practice at Ogier. Martin has also worked at Untitled Strategic Legal Consulting and FERRERE Abogados.

Litwak began their career at Ogier in 2002, where they were quickly promoted to Co-Head of the Latin American Practice. In this role, they were responsible for representing numerous investment funds and advising them on structural and organizational matters. Martin was also active in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private client work, and corporate finance & capital markets transactions.

In 2009, Litwak left Ogier to join FERRERE Abogados as the Investment Funds & Private Client Department Director. During their time at FERRERE, the practice received the Best Lawyer award at the Terrapinn hedge fund conference in Miami.

Litwak joined Smart Structuring as CEO in 2011 and has been with the company ever since. Under their leadership, Smart Structuring has grown to become one of the leading firms in the industry.

Martin Litwak started their educational career by obtaining a Bachiller from the CNBA. Martin then went on to study finance and law at Universidad del CEMA. After completing their studies at Universidad del CEMA, they became a lawyer specializing in derecho at the University of Buenos Aires.
