Mohamed Adel

Mohamed Adel is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in voice network engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Voice Network Engineer and Senior Voice Engineer & Linux System Admin at Smart System since September 2016, Mohamed specializes in implementing and customizing Cisco voice systems, integrating with Asterisk systems, and securing unified systems. Previously, Mohamed held the role of Telecommunications Project Manager at TechPro Telecom & Developments, where expertise included Asterisk technology, call center solutions, and managing VOIP hardware installations. Prior positions also include Team Leader at GULFSIP Telecom and a foundational role at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt. Mohamed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Alexandria University and a robust set of professional certifications in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
