Smart Teachers Play More (STPM) is an international teacher training organisation founded by Kristín Einarsdóttir and Sarah Jane Anthony to help create happier, more inclusive classrooms through movement, wellbeing, and neuroscience-informed learning.

Since 2017, we have worked with more than 15,000 teachers across Europe through Erasmus+ and other international education projects, developing practical, research-informed approaches that support both student learning and teacher wellbeing.

We offer 18 professional development courses in Iceland, Spain, Lithuania, and Finland, alongside tailored training, online learning programmes, classroom resources, and educational publications. Our international team of trainers from Iceland, the UK, Spain, Lithuania, Finland, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and New Zealand share a passion for rethinking education through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection.

Our methodology combines classroom experience with the latest neuroscience research, helping teachers create learning environments where both wellbeing and achievement can thrive.
