Mylène Léonard has had a range of work experience since 2010. Mylène began as a Tutor for Foreign Students at the Service des Relations Internationales, Université de La Rochelle in 2010. Mylène then moved on to an Internship at Instituto Cabruca in 2011, followed by a Foreign Language Assistant role at Redborne Upper School and Community College. In 2012, they took a Call center operator and website management position at Pages Jaunes Marketing Services, and then a Local Host for the FIFA World Cup 2014 role at RPMC in 2014. Mylène also held an English, Spanish and French Teacher role at Wizard in 2013. In 2015, they worked as both a Team Leader and Sales Assistant at Axxès, as well as a Translator role as a Freelance Translator & Proofreader. Finally, Mylène Léonard is currently a Customer Success Manager at Smart Traffik, a position they have held since 2022.

Mylène Léonard completed a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages applied to International Negociations from La Rochelle Université between 2008 and 2011. Mylène also spent a year at Universidad de La Laguna in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a baccalauréat from Lycée Guez de Balzac in 2008. In 2013, they earned a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from ESPM-RJ.
