Baptiste Craye is a seasoned product manager and owner, currently contributing to Smart Tribune since March 2022, where the focus is on developing digital self-care solutions that enhance customer satisfaction while reducing support costs. Previously, Baptiste held the role of product owner at Homair, managing e-commerce roadmaps and user experience through web analytics and A/B testing. Baptiste's career also includes senior project management roles in web and e-commerce at various firms, including Agence Web Lemon Interactive and 3Suisses, illustrating proficiency in digital project management and e-commerce strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Project Management from IAE Lille and further studies in E-Commerce and Marketing.
