Pratibha Sachdeva

Pratibha Sachdeva is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on employee lifecycle management, currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Smart Working since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior HR Executive at Kestone and Senior Executive in Human Resource Operations at CPM India, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, background verification, and employee induction. Pratibha began her career in HR at Kestone Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, managing CV screening and preliminary interviews, as well as handling CRM activities. Pratibha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vivekananda College for Women.
