Sue Wicks

Sue Wicks is currently the Director of Partnerships at Smart Works, bringing over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector. Previously, Sue held various leadership roles at Comic Relief, including Executive Director of Impact and Investments, where they oversaw a £65 million annual philanthropic budget. As Director of Partnerships for the British Red Cross, Sue led efforts to secure over £45 million for the Ukraine crisis appeal. Sue also served as Director of Soccer Aid for UNICEF and has a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and representation in their work. They are currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Management and a BSc (Hons) in Geography at The Open University and Swansea University, respectively.
