Ryan Forbes is currently the CEO of Smart4Energy and Cloud4HCM, both fast-growing talent solutions providers in the energy and human capital management sectors. Prior to this, Ryan was the Regional Managing Director at Xcede Group. Ryan's background includes experience at Hays as a Manager in Asset Management & Hedge Fund Contractors. Ryan holds a B.Soc. Sci. in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
