Jerrold Parker is a trial attorney and innovator. Parker currently serves as founding partner and CEO of SmartAdvocate LLC and as founding partner of Parker Waichman LLP, a national law firm whose practice focuses on substantial personal injury, pharmaceutical and medical device defects, explosions, toxic torts, environmental, aviation, railroad, automotive defects, class actions, whistleblower/Qui Tam claims and complex civil litigation. Parker previously served as Special Agent in the Intelligence Division of the United States Treasury Department from 1974 to 1983. Parker earned a JD from St. John's University School of Law (1979–1983), a BA in Accounting and Economics from Queens College (1972–1974), and an AA in Business from Queensborough Community College (1970–1972).
