Susan Pratt

Susan Pratt is currently working as an Implementation Specialist at SmartAdvocate LLC since May 2023. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Owner / Director of Operations at RC Pitstop starting in September 2018. With a background in legal support roles, Susan has worked as a Chief Operations Officer at Klein Lawyers LLP, and has experience as a Paralegal and Writ Administrator/Case Manager at various law firms. Susan completed the Paralegal Program at Capilano University in 1997 and the Legal Secretary Program in 1991.
