MD Islam is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in automated testing frameworks, software quality improvement, and system administration. Currently serving as Senior Software QA Engineer at SmartAsset since September 2021, MD Islam has previously contributed as a QA Engineer at SIMCO Engineering, where significant achievements included creating a robust automated testing framework using Java and Selenium, reducing manual testing efforts by over 50%, and leading scrum processes. Prior to this, MD Islam managed IT support functions for Khan's Tutorial, overseeing server management for a large user base, software installations, and technical troubleshooting. MD Islam holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from City Tech, CUNY, and a high school diploma from William Cullen Bryant High School.
