Caleb Farmer

Caleb Farmer is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Branch Sales Manager at SmartBank since January 2023. Prior roles include Mortgage Loan Originator at Redstone Federal Credit Union and VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate. Caleb has extensive experience in mortgage lending and banking, having held positions such as Mortgage Loan Officer and Branch Manager at TriStar Bank, and Branch Manager and Personal Banker III at First Farmers and Merchants Bank. Prior to entering finance, Caleb worked in digital sales as National Accounts Manager for B&H Publishing and has a background in aquatic management from experiences at Wellness & Aquatics Complex and the YMCA of Middle Tennessee. Caleb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Integrated Study from Middle Tennessee State University and multiple associate degrees in Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and Columbia State Community College.
