Matt Daugherty

Matt Daugherty is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of diverse experience in management and finance. Currently serving as the Special Assets Manager at SmartBank since March 2020, Matt previously held the role of Business Leadership Team Coach at Daugherty Coaching Partners from November 2018 to March 2020. Other significant positions include Chief Financial Officer at J&S Construction Company, Vice President of Retail at Clayton Bank, and Vice President of Operations and Finance at both Professional Racing Equipment, Inc. and BSR Products (Racing). Additional experience includes roles as Plant Manager at Durable Products, Inc. and Cost Accounting Manager/Lean Manufacturing Manager at Collins & Aikman. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bryan College, as well as an Associate of Science degree from Roane State Community College.
