Rusty Harmon

Rusty Harmon is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the banking industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Private Banker at SmartBank since March 2023, Rusty previously held the same title at FirstBank from March 2018 to February 2023. Prior to that, Rusty worked as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banker at First Citizens Bank from October 2016 to March 2018. Rusty's career began at SunTrust Bank, where Rusty served as a Client Advisor for over 15 years. Rusty holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 1991 and 1996.
