Donna Duffy

Donna Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna started their career as a Computer Operator at Unisys in 1984 and then moved on to become a Computer Programmer from 1985 to 1986. Following this, they worked at GfK as a Senior Research Associate from 1988 to 2004.

In 2004, Donna transitioned to becoming a Store Owner/Operator at PostNet, where they successfully transformed a struggling location into a thriving business through process and business development. Donna focused on building strong relationships within the community and with other franchisees. Donna also implemented a CRM system to strategically track and grow accounts. Donna remained in this role until 2013.

Currently, Donna is working at SmartBase Solutions as a Senior IT Project Manager since 2014.
