Tim Bogan

Tim Bogan has extensive experience in finance, risk management, and compliance across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Aion and SmartBiz, Tim also holds the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Autism Society of Hawai'i. Additionally, Tim serves as an Arbitrator for FINRA and has held advisory roles at Bond Financial Technologies, Inc. and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Tim previously held senior roles at Lending Club, where responsibilities spanned operational and credit risk management, compliance, and banking integration. Tim's background includes significant leadership positions at Freddie Mac and the Council for Responsible Nutrition. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.
