Raj Sadasivam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account leadership, customer success, and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as Account Leader for Enterprise accounts at SmartBots AI, Raj manages and cultivates large client relationships while driving growth through data-driven insights in the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors. Previously, Raj held the position of Chief Customer Officer and Partner at Jana Analysis Inc./SpiritDGX, where responsibilities included shaping long-term company goals and fostering a growth-oriented culture. Raj's career also includes significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services as AGM overseeing analytics delivery, as well as leadership positions at Infosys BPO, Tata Elxsi, Flack+Kurtz, and Primera Engineers. Raj holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian School of Business, an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
