Fiona Reed

Fiona Reed has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Fiona is currently the Finance Director - UK and Global for Smartbox Assistive Technology. Prior to this, Fiona worked as the Group Financial Controller at Smartbox Assistive Technology and also held the position of Financial Controller at Metrasens. Fiona worked as an Independent Contractor at Caren Consulting and as a Finance Manager at Severn Lamb. Fiona also has experience as Deputy Financial Controller at QinetiQ, Financial Controller at Quanta Fluid Solutions, and Financial Controller at Gunnebo Industries Ltd. Fiona started their career as a Finance Manager at CP Engineering and Bekaert Specialty Films. Overall, Fiona has demonstrated expertise in managing finance functions, improving systems and processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Fiona Reed received their BSc Hons in Applied Chemistry from Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE's in General Studies at Ellerslie from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications from ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in 2014 and FCCA (Fellowship of ACCA) in 2020.
