Melanie G.

Melanie G. has a diverse work experience in the field of speech therapy and assistive technology. Melanie is currently working as the Director of Clinical Education at Smartbox Assistive Technology since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Product Specialist and AAC Consultant at the same company from January 2021 to October 2023.

Before joining Smartbox, Melanie worked at Children's Minnesota from 2011 to 2021. Melanie held various roles at the organization, including Business Supervisor from May 2019 to January 2021, and Speech Therapy Practice Board Member from January 2018 to May 2019. Melanie also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Children's Minnesota from May 2011 to May 2019.

Melanie's earlier work experience includes serving as a Speech Language Pathologist at FAMILY SPEECH & THERAPY SERVICES from August 2010 to May 2011, where they provided speech therapy services in various settings.

Moreover, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in German from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, Melanie G. possesses a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist according to the Minnesota Department of Health.
