Phil Webb

Phil Webb has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Phil most recently worked as the Head of Software Development for Smartbox Assistive Technology starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Managing Director at Equiniti ICS & Equiniti Toplevel from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they served as Managing Director at Equiniti Toplevel from 2016 to 2021, where they oversaw case management and workflow solutions. Phil also worked as the Head of Software for the same company from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Phil has experience as a Partner at Creative Ministries (Glos) from 2003 to 2021. Phil was also a Technical Director at Aptero Solutions from 2010 to 2016, where they developed web-based software asset management tools. Phil held the role of Software Delivery Team Leader at Open GI from 2012 to 2014 and served as a Principal Consultant at Select Business Solutions from 2008 to 2010. In 2005, Phil served as Director at Textbook Solutions Limited. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager at Business Resource Development Ltd from 2006 to 2007 and as a Consultant at SlipStream SDS Ltd for a brief period in 2006.

Phil Webb completed their education in a chronological order. Phil first obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Music from Durham University from 1989 to 1992. Phil then pursued an MSc in Music Technology from the University of York from 1992 to 1993. Prior to their university studies, they attended King's School in Gloucester from 1980 to 1989. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2014.
