Maude Lépine

Maude Lépine, CRIA, is the Human Resources Director at SmartBug Media. A graduate in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal in 2009, Maude began their career in recruitment and developed expertise in headhunting over six years. They joined Globalia to enhance the human resources department and have focused on implementing best practices in culture and human resources. For the past five years, Maude has ensured that all colleagues feel at home in the workplace, recognized for their listening skills, availability, and empathy toward collective well-being.
