Mathilde Patmon

Mathilde has worked with Smartcar for nearly three years. Promoted twice, she currently is the Head of Recruitment, where she manages the business’s overall recruitment and sourcing mission as well as the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy of Smartcar.

Mathilde’s career within recruitment started at Base CRM (acquired by Zendesk in 2018). Mathilde was soon after her start promoted for among other things her organized and structured recruitment processes.

Before jumping into the recruitment space Mathilde lead a Digital Marketing Consultant Team at Google, focused on high growth potential companies.

Mathilde is also creative assistant to Napa the Yorkie. A 3 lbs yorkie with stunning 25K followers. As Mathilde Napa loves traveling, good food and nice long walk in the Bay area.

Mathilde is an avid multitasker. Enjoys mango boba.
