Golden M. has worked in the language services industry since 2013. In that time, they have held a variety of roles, including Founder and Filmmaker at Provisualmw Films, In-House Translator and Translation Team Coordinator at Chichewa Translation Office, Remote Translator at East African Language Solutions, Local Consultant and Trainer at CARE, Volunteer Translator and Reviewer at Translators without Borders, Translation Consultant and Projects Manager at Smartcat, Chichewa Translator at London Translation Services, Quality Linguistic Assurer at QualityMetric, and Remote Translator at The Translation People. In 2018, they also held the role of Africa Regional Representative and Video Editor, Translator, Video Subtitle Editor, and Local Video Trainer at illuminAid (formerly OMPT). In this role, they assisted in providing capacity building support through training and facilitating video education workshops in Malawi.
