Michael Nikandrov

Michael Nikandrov is an experienced IT professional specializing in infrastructure and DevOps. Currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure and DevOps at Smartcat since June 2024, Michael previously worked at Intermedia Cloud Communications from July 2016 to June 2024, where roles included Lead DevOps Engineer and DevOps Manager. Achievements during this tenure include a 50% reduction in outages, mentorship of engineers to enhance team performance, and the introduction of a robust infrastructure for a high-traffic application. Michael's career began at RCC MRS as an Engineer, following an Engineering degree in Physics and Technology of Optical Communication from ITMO University.
