Роман Рязанкин

Roman Ryazankin has held various roles in the IT industry since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at АО ИэмЗ Купол as an Engineer, where they were responsible for the implementation of ITIL and COBIT ServiceDesk standards, the management of 1st line support staff and the implementation of various documents, cards, regulations, and instructions. Additionally, they were responsible for the provision of technical support, the assessment of KPI, and the management of user support. Роман's technical skills included Ruby, RubyOnRails, PostgreSQL, JQuery, and Bootstrap. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Frontend Engineer at Auriga, and since 2021 they have been a Frontend Engineer at Smartcat.

Roman Ryazankin attended Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy (IzhGSHA) from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Diploma in Specialty of Economics and Management. In 2014, they obtained a Professional Certificate in "Improving the Work of Internal Cadres in Modern Information Environment" from the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Izhevsk Institute of M.T. Kalashnikov". Additionally, they hold a ServiceDesk certification from the Russian School of Management.
