Srikanth SESHADRI

Srikanth SESHADRI has a diverse work history spanning several industries and roles. In 1997, they worked as the General Manager of BizDev at Tandon Information Solutions, where they helped set up the Asia-Pacific operations and specialized in Y2K consulting and BAAN implementation. From 1998 to 1999, they co-founded Connect! Pte Ltd. in Singapore and later sold the majority stake to a textile industry group, remaining as their IT advisor. In 2003, they became the Head of Strategy, Marketing, and Biz Development at SYNISE Technologies Limited, where they focused on procurement outsourcing for Indian corporates. Srikanth then moved on to work as the Head of Strategy and BizDev at Galaxylife Ltd. in the United Kingdom, advising the board on corporate strategy and partnerships. In 2005, Srikanth SESHADRI served as the EVP and Chief Strategy Officer at iSmart Business Solutions Private Limited, involved in turnaround strategy and the go-to-market of Agri-ERP solutions. From 2005 to 2008, they held multiple roles at iSmart Panache, including Executive Vice President of CRM and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and BizDev, where they launched Genesys contact-center products in India. Srikanth then became the CEO of Consilium Software from 2008 to 2010, leading a successful turnaround of the Indian operations. In 2010, Srikanth SESHADRI became the CEO of SmartConnect Technologies, addressing digital transformation for clients. Currently, they are the CEO of UNFYD COMPASS, focusing on digital technologies and business transformation.

Srikanth Seshadri's education history begins in 1977 when they attended NSMVPS Hr. Sec. School in Devakottai, where they completed their 10th Standard education in General Studies. Following this, from 1982 to 1983, they attended Bishop Ubagaraswamy Higher Secondary School in Tirupur for their Junior College education, focusing on Commerce. In the subsequent academic year, from 1983 to 1984, Srikanth attended Alagappa Model Higher Secondary School in Karaikudi where they continued their Junior College studies, this time in Business/Commerce, General.
