Jane Nurmala is the Head of Customer Success at SmartCraft Finland, where they lead the new sales strategy and focus on growth within the construction sector. Previously, Jane held positions such as Head of Customer Success and Customer Support Team Lead at Congrid, developing customer engagement strategies and supervising team members. Jane co-founded Ote Ratkaisut, gaining valuable experience in media and digital marketing, and they have also worked in various roles within educational settings, enhancing international relations and customer experiences. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and has pursued further education in coaching and organizational leadership.
