Timo Makkonen

Timo Makkonen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Country Manager for Finland and CEO at SmartCraft since January 2021, while also being a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Makkonen co-founded Congrid in September 2013 and has held the position of CEO since its inception. Prior experience includes roles as Field Service Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Manager at Vaisala from June 2010 to September 2016, focusing on project management. Timo Makkonen obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan between 2003 and 2010.
