Constantina Gîlca

Constantina Gîlca began their work experience in 2021 at Sigmoid, where they initially served as the Head of Talent Management from April 2021 to January 2023. During this time, they also started working as a Machine Learning Engineer in January 2023 and continued in that role until the present. In 2023, Constantina joined smartdata as a Machine Learning Engineer and is currently employed there.

Constantina Gîlca completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei. Constantina attended the university from 2020 to 2024. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including Specialisation in VueJS from Codio in May 2023, Getting Started with Go from University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education I Coursera in April 2023, Asymmetric Cryptography and Key Management, Classical Cryptosystems and Core Concepts, Design Patterns Certification, Identifying Security Vulnerabilities Certification, Mathematical Foundations for Cryptography, and Symmetric Cryptography from University of Colorado in December 2022.
