Vanessa Solis

Vanessa Solis has worked in various roles since 2007. Vanessa began their career as a Resident Advisor at San Diego State University in 2007. In 2010, they became a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In 2012, they joined SmartDraw Software as a Customer Success Manager, Account Executive, and Senior Product Specialist. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they worked with accounts to ensure success in deployment, onboarding, user training, admin support, technical support, license renewals, and retention.

Vanessa Solis obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Foods and Nutrition from San Diego State University between 2006 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a ZoomInfo Certification for Sales from ZoomInfo in June 2022.
