Adam Schapira

Adam Schapira is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Core Technology at SMARTECH - A Hexion Company since September 2025, Adam previously held the position of Director of Software and Solution Architect at Theranica Bio-Electronics Ltd. from June 2018 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing software teams across mobile and embedded systems. Further experience includes serving as CTO at Paradox Security Systems and director roles in software and firmware management at Essence Security Ltd., Prime Sense, Discretix, and ST Microelectronics. Adam's educational background includes advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and studies in Computer Science and Physics from various institutions, including the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and The Open University of Israel.
