Malika L.

Malika L. has extensive work experience in human resources and consulting roles. Malika is currently the Global Human Resources Director at SmarTek21 since September 2020. Before that, they worked at The Institute of Ismaili Studies as an ITP - HR Consultant from August 2014 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Manager at Time and Knowledge Central Office from June 2011 to March 2013. Malika'searliest known position was as a Human Resources Advisor at the Ministry of Community and Social Services, where they worked from August 1988 to March 2000.

Malika L. holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from York University, which they completed between 2014 and 2017. Malika also obtained a Human Resources Management Certification from Humber College between 1992 and 1994, focused on Human Resources Development.
