Rushell Chopra has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Rushell has worked at SmarTek21 since 2017, starting as a Business Analyst and later progressing to become a Senior Business Analyst and then a Client Product Manager. In their most recent role as Director of Product Management & Pre Sales, they are responsible for leading the product management and pre-sales activities for Smartek21 Products. Rushell is accountable for the success of their Conversational AI Platform and driving innovation to save costs for businesses.

Rushell also worked as a Platform Specialist at IntelliTek Health (A SmarTek21 Company) starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Web Development Consultant, helping start-ups and collaborating on various projects. Rushell also gained experience at Accenture as a Software Engineer - Business Analysis and at NextByte Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Software Developer and Mobile Application Developer (intern). Additionally, they worked as a Java Developer at Interra Information Technologies (InterraIT) and gained expertise in building an enterprise-grade Equity Management System for a finance sector client.
