Aileen Murphy

Aileen Murphy has held several positions in the technology industry since 2005. Starting as a Software Support Representative at Focus Technology Group, they were promoted to Manager of Product Support after three years. In 2011, they moved to Weston & Sampson as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for supporting custom software applications from sales pipeline through implementation, training and client support. In 2020, they joined SPACEWELL | A Nemetschek Company as Head of Delivery - USA - Implementation & Customer Success, where they were responsible for implementing IoT and IWMS SaaS solutions and working with global clients. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Smarten Spaces as a Project Manager.

Aileen Murphy attended Bentley University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management.
