Pablo Matos is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in management and customer service across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at SmartEnergy.com since September 2017, Pablo has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Production Operations and Customer Care Manager. Previously, Pablo contributed as Project Manager at Newtech, S.R.L., and as Stores Manager for VIVA, overseeing sales strategy implementation and operational efficiency in the Santo Domingo metropolitan area.
