Chethan P K has over 14 years of work experience in the field of business development and sales. Chethan started their career at OSRAM as a Sr. Executive in Institutional Sales, where they handled various projects in industries such as industrial, modern workspace, hospitality, and infrastructure. Chethan then joined Philips India Ltd as a Deputy Manager, where they continued to work on similar projects and collaborated with end customers, specifiers, and contractors. Chethan then moved on to Lutron Electronics as an Energy Manager, focusing on establishing a strong market base for wireless energy products in India. Following this, they joined Redwood Systems (A CommScope Company) as a Business Development Manager, responsible for building intelligence in India and the SAARC region. Chethan successfully established a strong market base for Redwood's building intelligence solution. Currently, Chethan is the Head of Business Development at smartengine wtec (formerly Redwood) in the India and APAC region. Their role involves working with a low voltage intelligence platform for connected and efficient buildings, providing space, energy, and productivity analytics over an open IoT platform, and implementing a high-density smart sensor network through LED lighting.
Chethan P K completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Chethan attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
